Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP. was and still is an important architectural firm globally. SOM produced thousands of their own furniture designs from the 1950s 1980s, and this is a classic example. These examples date to the year 1966. The table features a highly polished stainless steel base, and has a square, marble top.
